Our retained and ad-hoc hours model offers dedicated support for all your HR needs - including training for your managers every step of the way.

Our retained model is designed specifically to support SMEs who want absolute certainty around what they're paying out each month for their HR support.

Clients opting for this model pay a monthly fee and this allows them access to HR advice and guidance - whether that be face to face, via the telephone, email or virtually online.

Starting from £199 per month +VAT, our flexible packages allow you to carry over any retained unused hours for up to 12 months - and of course, further hours are always available as you need them.

What's included in your Retainer?

Dedicated HR Business Partner support at one fixed monthly cost.

You will have access to qualified HR advice, case management support, legal guidance and best practice documentation; and all the training workshops and materials that you need to ensure the success of your HR agenda.

Also including:

  • 24-hour online access to the Adastra HR Hub for all your HR policies, procedures, admin templates and toolkits.
  • Our support is available 5 days a week, 9am - 5.30pm, and covers everything from recruiting the right staff, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, reward, management of employee relations issues, management training, organisational change, restructures and so much more.
  • Your designated HRBP will be there to guide and support you, with regular visits (in person or virtually) to ensure that everything is running smoothly.

HR Gap Analysis

Including People Planning, Reward Strategy, RACI Modelling, Performance Review.

As a new client, we'll work with you to complete an HR Health Check to look at what you have in place already - what you need - and how and where we can best help. Alternatively, we can start with a completely blank canvas!

We'll get to know you, your business, your strengths, your challenges, and priorities - and from that point on, we'll help you identify key strategies for getting there!
