As a new client, we'll work with you to complete an HR Health Check to look at what you have in place already - what you need - and how and where we can best help. Alternatively, we can start with a completely blank canvas!
We'll get to know you, your business, your strengths, your challenges, and priorities - and from that point on, we'll help you identify key strategies for getting there!
How we can help
We'll help you by setting up a comprehensive HR system of customised contracts, new starter documentation and an employee handbook - with access to a detailed set of employee policies, appraisal and recruitment templates, as well as many HR admin forms. As part of your partnership with us, you'll have access to the Adastra HR Hub, an extensive portal containing a suite of templates and 'how to' guides covering everything you'll need to support you as you manage your greatest assets, your people.
As part of this initial health check, we'll undertake an in-depth review of all your existing people management practices, including your staff profiles and the organisation's structure; how you reward your team and how you monitor great performance. As part of this, we can also undertake a RACI analysis, a task used to measure efficiency across your business by understanding what responsibilities employees have within the business using Responsible, Accountable, Consult and Inform methods to highlight any duplication of effort.
