Emma is a passionate MCIPD qualified professional with over 25 years of HR under her belt. She has a vast breadth of experience which includes complex employee relations, organisational change and training design and delivery. When she is not busy working she can be found traipsing across the countryside with her Springer Spaniel Lexi, or relaxing at home with a good book and a large glass of Prosecco.

We're a small team of people or 'The Adastra Angels' (as we like to refer to ourselves) who really care about what we do. We have the HR knowledge and expertise to help you to get the results they want, and we always put you first.

The team are all familiar with our client base. This means that no matter who you speak to, it's as if they are talking to a colleague in their 'in-house HR team' and they in turn are familiar with their people - that’s what matters!
